I have the same problem. Apple has once again decided they were smarter than the customers. They base what app store language you get on the Network Provider you are connected to at the time you go to the app store. Anyone know how to tell the IPAD that just because I’m in an Israeli airport, I don’t want my apps store in Hebrew? After all, you’d think Apple could figure out, since I set my IPAD language to English, that I might want the apps store in English as well? Or at least give me the option to change it once I’m in the apps store?
